I had taken this offer from ITBC wherein they were providing free return airticket and Adidas bag on buying their Books Buddy pack. When i got the pack 3 weeks ago there were no free gifts, instead they give me some codes and numbers to enter to register for free gifts on their website. It has ben 3 weeks now and the web does not accept the codes given by them. When you call the call center you get unhelpful representatives who parrot lines and the 5 times I called I was told supervisors are in a meeting. I have been writing to their mail response team and all theese people write back is to give them the codes which i have provided 4 times but to no avail. Are there more people who have been cheated like this by ITBC? I am really disgusted and feel cheated by their behaviour and scam.
