I, Mustafa Nabeel M, am an SB Account holder of SBI Kozhikode govt medical college branch (KGMC), calict, kerala.my ACC NO is 30007352623.On 23/12/08 at 10.00 AM I went to withdraw money from ATM near the bank. As usual the ATM was malfunctioning as there was no paper. Asked me to wait for 10 minute to rectify it. I waited for half an hour, and told me that not arranged paper yet. I approached the bank to withdraw money by filling paying slip. There were three long queue.after asking a bank employee I stood on first queue. after reaching the cashier (in a closed cabin) he told me to stand another queue. I stood uo another queue. He was working very slowly and queue was moving very slowly. I asked why you are taking long time when your fellow worker is doing normally. when fellow cashier attend 5 customer he attends only 0ne. He became so angry and fired me with bad words. I was quiet and finally reached his cabinet. He told he can't give money and I should get permission from bank manager. I went to manager he told me that his behaviour is like that you go to the another cashier.and I stood up third queue.finally after two and half hour I got the Money. His name is Radhakrishnan, who is giving poor service to the client and having immoral behaviour. Time being I will continue my account in your bank as it is a nationalized bank. I request you to take action against him as this sort of employee is harmful to your growing bank.we are coming from a good social background, as I'm a doctor in calicut Govt medical college
