Booked Bajaj Scooter from Tirunelveli on 10.02.09 to Bhopal by Tirukkural Express 2641.

On 13.02.09 the train was received on platform No.3, instead of No.2, and hence the door of the luggage van could not be opened at all. The Guard guided me to lodge complaint, and train left Bhopal without unloading the scooter and other parcels too.
