Issue of same PAN No. to 2 different persons

This is Narsingh Das Agrawal S/o Chandra Bhan Agrawal, DOB - 11.06.1957 bring to your kind notice that, I have been allotted PAN No. ACHPA9793M on Dt. 21.11.2000 & I have been submitted by returns by mentioning the same PAN No. But it comes to my notice that the same PAN No. has been allotted to another person named Narsingh Lal Agrawal S/o Tara Chand Agrawal DOB-04.04.1944 during the year 2003. Please also note that another PAN No. AEAPA4296E has also been allotted to the second person.

Now, it becomes very difficult for me to submit my TDS Returns with the above PAN No. as the same has been allotted to another person.

You are requested to kindly look into the matter at the earliest & clarify the same.

Please treat the matter as urgent.
