As per a status report received on 20.11.2008 under acknowledgement Number 881010104234330, it seems I was allotted a PAN AHWPV0009R and also stating that my Pan Card has been sent on 15.10.2008 by Post to my address but I have not yet received the PAN card till date. I would like to request the NSDL to re-issue and send to me, or to refund the fee if incapable to re-issue.
