Non receipt of PAN

I have applied for my PAN on 23.03. vide receipt no. 703853599, and processing coupon no. 1033144813. and i am already having my PAN No. AFYPB5571L, . but still i do not have received my PAN card.

my old pan card has been lost that is why i applied for new pan card.

so kindly look in to matter and oblige me
