An envelope with Rakhi was sent to PATNA (BIHAR) on 26th AUG but it was undelivered till 18.18 hrs after 4 days past of Rakhi day i.s.by evening of 9th aug 09 eventhough "Rakhi" was marked on the top of the envelope.
This is lack of service, breach of trust and emotional hurt.
