Letters not delivered

The Post master, Sahakar Nagar Post Office, Bangalore 560092

Sir,

Two very important letters sent to me by my daughters from the USA in Feb.2008 have not reached me. The letters were addressed to 'S. Solomon Jayaraj, A 302, Arvind Orchards Apts, Sahakar Nagar, Bangalore 560092.

The postman simply leaves the letters with the security or in the security bunk near the main gate of the apartment. This has been very unreliable.

Kindly ask the postman to drop the letters in the letter boxes provided on the ground floor of the apartment.

The problem is recent. There used to be a lady - a post woman, delivering letters at our apartment. I had not missed any letters.

A simple act on the part of the postman and some responsibility on the part of the post office will go a long way in providing good service to customers.
