Dear Sir,
I have applied a broad band connection on 2nd April in the name of Mr. Rakesh Sharma, installation place 46/13, East Patel Nagar, New Delhi. The representative whose name is Mr. Ramesh and his mobile no. is 9871122048 from your side has come and fill the form which no. is D-1155107, but not give me any receipt for my deposit of Rs. 500/- which I gave him. And till date there is no response from your end. I have also contact Customer Care centre they are telling that there is no entry of my mine. And when I make a call on your above said representative the phone is switched off.
Now please help me what I have to do, if Bharti Airtel people doing these type of activity and take a long time to their customer for installing broad band.
