Pan Card Not Received

Dear Sir,

I have not received my Pan Card. My run many time in our office. But they say contact your post master. I contact the post master, but he say if I received your pan card than I despatch it immediately. I check my pan status on Internet. Than it show that your pan no. is BQZPS5548B and card despatch. But I have not received my Card. The detail of my application and pan number is as under
