Pan card not recvd

Dear sir,

Although the website of income tax dept shows that my Pan card has been depatched on 6th sept 08, Iam yet to recv the same.

Pan card no is ARCPB 2168H and the Acknowledgment no is 060520100208783.

We request you to chk the matter and oblige,
