Pan card not yet received

Sir/Madam,

Mrs. Gouri nath daugher of Late Rabindra Nath Bhowmik, wife of Late Atul Ch Nath of Lalganesh Guwahati had applied for Pan Card and I could trace out that the number was allotted and card was despatched. This was during May but she has not received the till date. would be grateful if you could kindly arrange early delivery of the same.
