Passport for correction- not received

Sir,

I received my renewed passport and on checking I found 2 mistakes in the passport as given below:-

1) My year of Birth is shown as 1985 instead of 1958.

2) My Father's name is given as PRITISH KISHORI DHAR instead of PRITISH KISHORE DHAR.

I have submitted my passport for correction of the abovementioned mistakes on 22/6/09 and is yet to receive back the corrected passport.

My Passport NO. - H 48804463.

Original File NO.- A 19204/99

Receipt NO - B 013723/09.

I shall be obliged if you could look into this and send my corrected Passport at the earliest.
