I have not yet recieved my "Sacred Momments" 20 Cds pack Valued Rs. - (Paid full amount Rs.- via Punjab National Bank, Anushakti nagar Branch, Mumbai, crossed Account Payee - Cheque No-354838 dated-20/09/08 Which was withdrawn from PNB on 04/11/08 & money has been debited. on 14/11/08 I was informed through SMS that my order has been processed & will be delivered shortly. Till now I have not recieved it or any communication regarding my order. I request you to respond immediately or give my full refund. If my complaint is not addressed will mean serious breach of trust & faith posed in ur esteemed company as I am writing to u as the same person whose Name u selected and printed on the Booktoday cover page without my consent either in written/oral form
