This complain is regarding an web order placed for music CD's through Music Today Site (www.music-today.com). I placed an order for some music CDs (order id MT-WEB-090603-12873R) on June 3 and made an instant online payment through credit card. On June 12th, their customer executive, Shilpi Rawal (Shilpi. [email protected]) informed me that they are having difficulties in processing the oreder as one of the albums I ordered is out of stock! However, she sent me the catalogue of other albums and asked me to chose a substitute album. Howver the album selcted by me was a little high in price so, finally on june 16th they confirmed that my order is being processed without the album and they refunded me the price of that particular CD. Howver, rest of CDs have not yet been delivered, neither they are getting back with tracking details of the Currier company.
It is being more that 10 days that they confirmed my order is being processed. Where are my CDs?
Would be great if somebody from Music Today could look into this.
