Sir, I had applied for a pancard on 10-11.When I enquired about my application status Iam informed that the card had been despatched to me on 19-11 by EXPRESS LOGISTICS WORLDWIDE LTD. and the card number is AKWPJ8788N AND BILL NO-2689157122 but tilldate I have not received.
