I received the Mixer i ordered from IND MART in rediff shopping via Order# 5068164 - Nova 7 Speed Mixer though the parcel was recieved in good condition, the mixer does'nt seem to work, the motor seems to be working but the beaters when fixed and powered does not rotate. moreover they have sent me a 5 speed mixer and not a 7 speed one as ordered. what do i do now.
