PNG GAS METER INSTALL IN KITCHEN

I applied for PNG gas connection on 01-03 vide IGL application form No.190555 along with Cheque of Rs.5000/-, there is no any condition of install the meter in kitchen on the form of this application now the contractor says that "meter will be install in kitchen otherwise submit you should your cancellation form" I says that Meter install in my premises not in kitchen due to there will be ladies in the kitchen when meter reader will come at the reading time so I say the meter install out side the kitchen due to any miss happening during the meter reading time.

Now I request you for guide the contractor for install meter out side the kitchen. As per condition of installation the extra pipe consumed in the process as per norms I will pay the extra amount.
