Highly irresposible and delay in Delivery

I ordered on 05th october a watch for my brother in law's b'day who was in Pune

Before making the order i was promised that it will reach him before 13th october

as there was no sign of delivery i called them and they told me that the particular model was not on stock, so why didn't they tell me before making the order

and now my brother in law is starting to chennai for diwali and wont be there in pune for next 10 days

so im highly annoyed by their attitude, i wont recommend it to anyone
