Hi, I placed an order online at Infibeam.com and i am a regular customer of this websitefor online shopping, i made an order to be delivered in Ghaziabad for my anniversary.
I ordered a twin heart shaped snowglobe and a furry teddy bear, they delivered some totally different items of cheap quality which can t cost more than 50 Rs. anywhere in India.
I mailed them on Feb. 17 and registered a complaint with them but they replied back stating that they will check with their suppliers and asked me to send images of delivered goods, which i did on Feb. 17, since then they haven t responded to my mails sent over to them despite asking them to simply replace the items, these guys played smart by taking the orders and then delivering something different to make huge margains.
I was totally frustrated as i wanted to gift something good as surprise gift but these guys simply messed up with the order for their dirty profit sakes.
They are a startup in online shopping industry and they have started tweaking around with orders to increase their profits. This wrong tactic will definitely backfire and this is one such incidence.
Seeing the delay in addressal of issue and their cheap customer service, i definitely wouldn t recommend shopping online through them now onwards.
