I want to buy altis but they agreed to sell me the old model of corola at good price.
I bought that and on delivery time i found that the gear shifting is very hard. I called the sales person name Ronak Patel and he insulted me by saying: Sir you dont understand. It is like that only.
I surprised as i am driving (Honda - 2 cars, Toyota -1 car, Hyundai) and i dont know.
than i said ok may be i am wrong and than i again came back to the dealer and that time again they said nothing wrong in it.
I said when i am standing outside the car and some one shifting the gear i can hear it outside. Than they took my car for 10 min and say sir now there is no problem.
They told come after a month or 1000kms we will check again.
I went there after 850kms and one month they said the same. No problem at all.
I said i have to pull the gear very hard. but no help from them.
I call the TKM people at toyotabharat and spoke to Rupa about the same and complain.
than i got a call from Hetal who is with Customer relation at infinium toyota and shout on me how can you call them and complain this and that.
I said i am sorry i was expecting a humble voice with solution.
Is this the way to behave with your customer?

Sales person Mr. Manoj Patel (Who has given the wrong invoice and still not helping. I paid INR 10, 10, 000.00 and got the invoice of only INR 10, 04, 000.00
