The following LCD Monitirs calls are been pending for over 90 days now & we are unable to find any help from your support team.
We are a reseller of viewsonic & have sold your product in large quantities to the corporates but are unable to find any support on the same
It would be greatful if you could personally look into this & can help us resolve this issue asap as the customer is an Enterprise customer & due to this service issue our business relationship is been spoiled with the customer.
