I am Anish, working in Infopark. I have got fever and vomitting on 17th November Monday. On monday evening, I consulted a physician on a clinic. The doctor told me it as viral fever, given medicine and charged Rs. 30. I was getting cured. I felt much comfortable on monday, eventhough felt to hve a mild temperature. As I was lacking leave, wanted to goto office on thursday itself, planned for a better consultancy and visited sunrise hospital.
From there starts problems. Eventhough the hospital has astonishing look, its so bad and poor from front office to the doctors. service is too bad. I selected Dr. Shyam of MBBS MD. When I reached him, asked me what I am, my job details etc. Then asked the nurses to measure temperature. My temperature was normal. Still he told me that he is going to admit me. I was wondered. I told him "sir, I am getting better. My fever is going back. then why should u admit me'. Then he tld me that, "ok. then do some tests and come in the evening with the results". He didin't checked my throat or so. The file is transfered to the sister and we been asked to follow her. I thought he would be askuing for a blood test. But he included urine test (ok no problem) and X ray (I don't have a single cough). The charge was Rs 1000.
The at the evening the result was all ok and normal. God bless, he heasn't prescribed no medicine.
So those who reading this, don't consult Dr. Shyam at Sunrise. He even donn't have the knowledge of a normal MBBS doctor. Please avoid Sunrise hospital, becoz, its not for service but only for business.
