PF Transfer not received

Hi,

I have applied for PF transfer from the previous two organisations to the present employer Infosys.

My previous PF account no.s were

KN/BN/24043/1428 and KN/WF/35470/120. on 17-Jul.

Still the amount is not transferred to my present account KN/10088/89973.

Is there possibility of getting the status of transfer for the above
