it is brought to your kind notice that i was working with ING Life Insurance Co. Ltd. since 15th Feb. i resigned the same on 2nd Dec. I have applied for PF after aprox 60 days of leaving the organisation. After so many mails to the company & telephonic discussion with Mr. Gurmmet Singh (HR) chandigarh i have not yet recieved any answer from them. my pf no. is KN/25113/8779, employee ID 8474, location Ludhiana. please look into the matter, Do the needful & oblige. the copy of my salary slip is attached herewith for your ready reference.
