Home Loan Clarification

I had requested for a foreclosure documents of my Housing Loan last month and received the letter also in turn to my request. There had been few discrepancies found in that letter and I calling bank couple of times. I decided to personally visit the OTC Road branch on 12th September and raised concerns over the discrepancies. For my surprise even person identified to clarify my query also not sure about these calculations. He had received the hard copy of my complaint and informed that it will take 7 working days to clarify. (Infact, I had also received acknowledgement as a proof)

After 7 working days when I treid to followup my complaint, they are pretending like they had not received my complaint and asking me to get back to me in another 7 working days!!

While availing the Home Loan they finished all the formalities within 3 working days, but at the same time, while giving the service they are totally negligent.

Can any further action be taken on ING Vysya Bank to avoid any such instances to other customers?
