Won auction not sent

I had won an bid on the site in.ipeeny.com it showed on the won auction. After i contacted them. They removed the won Auction from my account. IS there no way of legally bringing them to justice. they are making a bully of so many innocent people like me out here.

Here is a screen shot of my won auction yester day and today this is gone.
