Non payment of Full & Final settlement

The company - Inknowtech is bangalore based company who has hired me in the month of April. The company lost it's project in the month of June & subsequently told me that would no longer be able to continue with me as they have hired me for this project only. I said ok & my full & final settlement was to be done in the month of June. But, the HR told me that it would take 60 days to process F&F.I don't know what kind of company does that. But still even after 60 days they are not willing to process my F&F.

Please suggest what should I do.
