Sub: Regarding Redemption 'Now or Never' offer of Printer & UPS

Dear Sir,

I had bought a HP Pavilion M9160IN Desktop and had applied for the 'Now or Never Offer'. My redemption code is TVBOM4YIT1 & Claim file no is 110785 and had applied for both the printer/scanner/copier & UPS for 999/-. I had already couriered you the DD as required.

However till date i have not received anything. I have been following-up with the hp guys on their redemption support website for quite some months now (from April) on this without any result. They only apologies for the delays and conveys that the reasons for delay is beyond their control, the printer is out of stock etc.

You are requested to please respond as soon as possible that when I am going to get my Printer & UPS & please update me if there are any problems with the same.
