Dear Sir/ Madam,

I am an advisor of Kotak Insurance from 2007 but i havent received my Certificates, & i have given some policies in year 08 & 09, company has deducted TDS from my commission, they are giving me my TDS certificates, i am asking my SM Mr. Rajesh Choubey from last 8 months but everytimes he says that he will let me know by tomorrow..not its high time. I have to file my IT Return by June.

Please sir help me out...
