Dear Sirs,

I am your Advisor... i have given policies to your company... last year in March but till date i havent received my TDS Certificate & Licence holder...

I have informed the SMs of the KOTAK Howrah AC Branch... Mr. Ashish Jaiswal last year..as he was my SM... then in October got new SM... Mr. Rajesh Choubey... but till date havent received..just getting that tomorrow you will get... and tomorrow never comes in their date...

Submission of my IT return is June.

I will be highly obliged to here from your end...& get my TDS Certicate
