I Satish Apparao Kolte hereby inform you that Mr. Murli Manohar Sharma & Mrs. Kusum Lata Sharma, Flat No.404, ‘B’-Wing, Bldg.no.6, situated at Jyoti Complex, A.K.Vaidya Marg, FilmCity Road, Goregaon (E), Mumbai, Maharashtra took Rs 50000=00 as token amount for purchase of flat. However, due to some reason deal not proceed. We are requesting him to pay back the token amount however he is reluctant to return the paid amount.
