Fees Refund

Espected sir,

I, Rizwanullah ansari, student of b.tech. first year from Jamia Millia Islamia University, Delhi. For your kind information i belong to the district Mau Nath Bhanjan of Uttar Pradesh. I took admission in b.tech. in Integral University, Lucknow in the session 2009. After that i got selected in b.tech. at Jamia Millia Islamia University, Delhi and took admission there. After that when i went back to Integral University they refused to refund my fees which is Rs. 80, 000. And they are refunding only Rs. 5, 000.

Now i am feeling helpless. Please give me the proper suggessions that what i should do? I will be thankful to you.
