Intel motherboard DG31GL
Denial of replacement

Dear sir,

I have purchased intel motherboadr of make DG31GL on Dt.02/02/09 from a reseller shop named "silver system, Nagpur". As per their diagnose one of its chip is burnt & they said that burnt problems is not covered under warranty.

please look into the matter & please reply at the earliest.
