i rahul sonee, a local resident of lucknow purchased an intel 945 series motherboard .ie DG31GL MOTHERBOARD during the assembling of my computer this motherboard which i purchased from the naaza market in lucknow neither supprts windows xp neither it is supporting windows vista ultimate nd neither it is supporting my 5.1 channel speakers the sound is blurred and there is lot of problems while using the computer there are lot of errors sometimes
the computer hangs and somtimes icons are not responding nd lot of other problems happen during the work.
when i went to the dealer he told me that i had to register the complaint in the intel office and he is not responsible to change the motherboard... and other stuffs . well i had heard about the intel from evryone but from my experiences it had given me such a bitter response that i caqnt explain... what will i tell to others about my expieriences from intel well... its my request that please chane or replace my motherboard from ny other susequent motherboard which can supprot my all windows and other features
