Sir,
we are very much deeply regretted to state that the above item purchased was found to be faulty within 2 weeks and sent on 11.02.2009 thro the dealer, m/s delta computers, chennai, vide case no. 1001903783.
No action / response till date except expressing SORRY . Even after a lapse of 45 days, there is no proper response from such a reputed organisation's service after-sales which is undigestable.
vvv deeply regretted for the service.
