I had sent my motherboard for replacement as my on board sound card and usb ports are not working properly and as my motherboard is only 3months old therefore it is in full warrenty but my motherboard was not replaced they say that it has user induced defect but I checked all the user induced defect examples on the site and there was none of them was present on my motherboard and neither I had touched mymother board my CPU configration is allso best I am using coolermasters smps and have inverter at home so there is no problems regarding power supply
If such a higher hand motherboards gets destroyed so early without any reasons and the intel won't replaces it than I think that the intel is the most worst company of world
Earlier I had aasus motherboard and the service center was available in indore so replacement was too fast and they even provided me any service motherboards if replacement took time more than 1day
While there is no intel replacement center at indore so we have to send the motherboard to Hyderabad which takes about eight to fifteen days to get the mother board replaced but after fifteen days allso they don't get the mother board replaced so replacement of intel is too very bad
So I request intel to replace myboard as soon as possible
and to improve their quality and replacement policies

and even you can't mail them at the email address printed on their letter which is [email protected] so it is the worst case to buy an intel product
