It is last one month I have asked for my internet password and the bank IS NOT DOING ANYTHING. My complaint number is HBL=007-666-168'. I have also spoken on phone to Customer Officer -complaint number DEL 110213 but NO ACTION..IT IS UTTER CALLOUS PART ON PART OF THIS BANK.
I am going to refer this matter to Ombudsman and Consumer court
