Unable to log in by correct username and password

I am Krishan Murari (Customer) using internet banking But since first day of logging in facing a problem that is after logging in successfully two or three time I am not able to log in after word I have taken a duplicate password also used it three time on a same day then after the problem persist now again require a duplicate password.

I wants to know why I am facing a same problem.
