This is to register a complaint against Internext, wherein My company has issued a cheque of Rs.11581/- on 12.05.2009 for a broadband line as advance payment for 3 months plus installation charges. The time frame given to us was for 25 days. Today is 12.09.2009 and till date we have not received our connection.
The officials in the company do not care to pick up our line and are giving us false commitments.
They have wired the office where the line was to be installed and now are not processing the same
A lot of troubles have been given to us
We now claim the amount we paid plus a non commitment charge of Rs.11581/- from the company within 7 working days
