Not changed batry by deale

Dear sir, i have given batry to dealer -[prabhat electricals, moradabad u.p.] to change under warrenty period on 08th jan.but after approx.two months passed, dealer is not giving battry and his behavior is very badfor customer and he also tells that he don't know when company send new battry .when we try to talk to him he disconnect our phone and not giving satisfactory answer.sir, please solve the matter soon because our exams are going on .please ask to dealer why he treats to customers so badly .i hope you will solve the matter soon, thanks
