Reliance broadband connection is always down

I am a customer of Reliance Broadband service. I am located in Vadodara. But the internet connectivity is getting down in regular basis. We have launched complaint after a struggle to get customer care for long time and launched the complaints once... After that once it has been fixed, But from the very next day we get internet down minimum 1/2 hours per day. Before the bill payment day they show maximum interest, but when come to our problem, they are very slow in activity.
