ATM Complaints - Amount debited from account without getting cash

Dear Sir,

I have an account in Bank of India, Guntur & also ATM of this account. I tried to withdraw Rs. - (Rs. Twon Thousnad Only) from Indian Overseas Bank's ATM, Brodiepet on 18/06/09 (Eighteenth, June Two Thousand Nine). After transaction i got the receipt that transaction is TEMPORARILY, UNABLE TO PROCESS PLEASE CONTACTYOUR BRANCH (Reject advice from ATM) but Rs.-(Rupees TWO Thousand only) had been deducted from my account. I wrote an application to Manager (Bank of India, Guntur)) on 20th June regarding this transcation but till now i have not got my money back, Kindly look into matter immediately. Detail of my account is given below.
