Poor deLIVERY

Hi Sir,

We are having trouble with the Gas agency. As per the conditions, we need to book the cylinder just 21days from the date of delivery and in general they take max 3 to 7 days to deliver it. It took us almost 23 days to deliver for us. It is very pathetic situation. We need to call up and follow up the situation. I would like the authorities to take stringent action on this situation or pls review the agency licence again and ensure that the customers wont face this situation anymore.
