IOCL
DELIVERY DELAY

Dear Sir,

My wife has booked IOCL Gas connection for refil around 13 february at GAS-O-Inden Phone :0731-2702500 for my connection 52348.

Normally phones are found very busy hence I personaly visited to agency at DAWA Bazar, Indore for enquiry of non receipt of booking.

As per their record they delivered the same on 18th but assured for delivery next working day i.e. 3/3.

Now when asked today they are commiting 6/3.

I do not have LPG from 2/3.

Please look in to matter and act accordingly.
