Non receipt of bill after 3 months

I purchased Enhance model on 07.11.11 from your representative Mr. Sudip Modak code no 9023718 paying Rs 12, 880/- in cash (1000/-)& cheque (SBI no 902348 dt 07.11.11) vide receipt no 176-46594 in the name of my wife Ms. Ashoka Sinha Tel. no 033- 24812672 & mob.no 09874477740.We were told that final bill will come from Mumbai within a month. But till now no any bill or correspondence has been received by us. We can't expect such lapses from a reputed firm like you. This would hamper your good will & reputation in the market. Please look into the matter & send the bill at the earliest.
