Cylinder not supply at time

Myself mehul mehta having a lpg gas connection from indane gas from suarastra gas agency, jetpur dist rajkot state- gujarat. my customer no. is 19635 i have only one gas cylinder. i had already register my gas on dated 7/4 yet they are not providing me a cylinder even after 21 days gone. this is 2nd time within 2 months from same agency.

please help me
