4.5 Kg less LPG gas in cylinde

I am the customer of (ELA GAS AGENCY V.DS.MARKET

SEC- 93 NOIDA). Sir my consumer no is 9761 . thre four days ago i recived the lpg filled cylinder 14/08/08 as weight (16.3 /14.2) when i did weight of that cylinder the weight of cylinder only 26 Kg. then i complained in agency they assured me replaced other cylinder against that cylinder but no action taken by agency against or no replaced cylinder by agency stiil 20/08/08. so you are reqested to look the matter and do needfull.
