Huge Delay in filled cylinder delivery

Hi,

I am a LPG Domestic Customer my My Consumer No is G-5071, My Agency Name is Satya Gas Sevices, Road no 16 Gardanibagh Patna -1 (Bihar).

My booking No is : 212080 dated 8-October, and Cash memo numer of delivery is 2148. But very Hopless to say that Till now i have not get my filled cylender delivery. allready more than 9 day of booking is completed. I have made a complene regarding delivry of cylinder with my agency but very sorry to say that there is no further action taken.

So i kindly request you to please take appropriate action agans the defauler and ensure my cylender delivery as soon as posible.
