On 29/9/09 I filled 3.09 litres of petrol @ Sai Enterprises 64 Jawaharlal Nehru Road, Ekkaduthangal, Chennai 97 and paid Rs 150 thru my Indian Oil Citi Bank card. I found that only 2 litres was filled, since already petrol was there it is not possible to prove it then and there.
There is also Shell bunk nearby since I hold Indian Oil card I thought of using it is it a mistake? If I had filled in Shell I would have paid Rs 2 extra but I would have got full petrol and better service.
I request the IOC authorities to look into the matter discretely and salvage the pride of IOC the Indian fortune 500 company.
